Recognizing investors’ need for accurate, timely and relevant information, APS has structured the marketing, sales and client services units to deliver accordingly. All investors’ queries will be responded to within 24 hours. At our headquarters in Singapore, a client services team prepares both routine and non-routine reports, coordinates across all departments within APS to provide relevant answers to investors’ queries as well as prepares and manages all investor documentation. To better service our investors in North America and Europe, a New York office was opened in 2004 to provide greater access to all investors who need assistance or information.
