Former Cabinet Minister in the Singapore Government. Prior to that, Mr. Lim held various senior positions in the financial industry including DBS Vickers Securities, Temasek Holdings, Kim Eng Securities and ABN AMRO Asia Securities.

Currently, he is the Senior Advisor to John Swire & Sons, a Greater China conglomerate.

Qualifications

A Rhodes Scholar and Colombo Plan Scholar.

First Class Honours degree in Economics from the University of Adelaide, Australia.

First Class Honours in the Master of Law at King’s College, Cambridge.

Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence at Balliol College, Oxford.
