These individuals may contact members of the public through telephone calls, emails, messaging applications, social media platforms or other communication channels while falsely claiming to represent, or be associated with, Dr. Tan Kong Yam.

Members of the public are advised to exercise vigilance when receiving unsolicited communications purportedly from Dr. Tan Kong Yam. Do not disclose any personal or financial information, make any payments, or act on any investment-related requests.

APS Asset Management does not authorize any individual to solicit investments, request payments, or collect personal information on behalf of Dr.  Tan Kong Yam through unofficial channels.

If you receive any suspicious communication claiming to be from or associated with Dr. Tan Kong Yam, please cease all communication immediately and promptly report the matter to the Singapore Police Force or the relevant law enforcement authorities.
